RETURNS AND REFUNDS
ENTER A RETURN REQUEST
To enter a return request, you must follow the steps below:1. Open an e-mail by selecting as recipient the address: info946@vespa.com
2. Set "RETURN DRAGON VARSITY" as the subject of the email, followed by the order number received on confirmation of the order (English language for this field is mandatory)
3. Describe in detail the reason why you intend to return the product in the body of the email
4. Attach photographic material to support the reason for return
5. After due verification, our Customer Service will decide whether or not to accept the return request. In both cases, the Customer will receive an e-mail with feedback on the request.
RECEIVE A REFUND
If the return request has been accepted by our Customer Service, the Customer will receive in reply to the e-mail the return label as well as instructions on how to entrust the package to the courier. Once we receive your return, the product(s) will be examined internally by our Quality Control.If the condition of the product(s) is compatible with the return request made (and with any supporting documentation requested by Customer Service, such as detailed photos of the product), Piaggio & C. will proceed to refund the costs incurred for the purchase on the same payment method used to finalise the order.

PLEASE NOTE
Due to the exclusive and limited nature of the Vespa Dragon Varsity jacket, returns for a replacement of the product are not possible. You could still exercise your right of withdrawal, return the product and obtain a refund (see Art. 5 of GT&C), but under no circumstances will Piaggio & C. proceed with the replacement of the item ordered. No returns for size changes will therefore be accepted. No shipping costs incurred in receiving the order will be refunded in any way. |
