This is possible thanks to integration with Bank of America systems (via the SAP Cybersource certified connector). BofA is an internationally renowned payment service provider with considerable experience in the field of online commerce.
The charge is made as soon as the User confirms payment (after acceptance of the Terms&Conditions). BofA verifies the authorisation of the credit card to make the payment. If the card is authorised, the order is correctly registered and the User will receive a confirmation email to the address provided.
